The EOPM CV Challenge will set the field at the end of qualifying rounds this weekend at Piedmont Dragway, Oct 17th. Leading the EOPM CV Challenge is series front runner and points leader Jay Cox followed by EOPM stand out Ty Tutterow, Chris Rini, Jason Harris, Travis Harvey,defending CV Challenge Champion Tommy Franklin, Todd Howard, and rounding out the top 8 is 2013 EOPM Champion Randy Weatherford. What an up and down year we’ve had with rain postponing several events. The EOPM CV Challenge is set to roll into Virginia Motorsports Park Nov 6th And 7th for the season finals. These guy have endured many challenges this season and proved they belong in this elite 8. Just out side the top 8 is Jason Harris 2014 PDRA Pro Nitrous Champion, Jason and Chris Cline are close enough to make some noise if any of the bottom 4 should have a problem.

 

To have CV Everything Racing bring back the CV Qualifying Challenge to the EOPM is a huge deal for us. The CV Challenge consists of each competitor earning points during the qualifying rounds throughout the year so that they may secure a spot in the top 8. During qualifying on Saturday Nov 7th these elite 8 drivers will go head to head for a winner take all purse of $3,000.00. Qualifying points awarded are 16 points for qualifying number 1 and 1 point for the number 16 qualifying slot.
